金十数据8月9日讯，中央气象台今天上午10时升级发布台风红色预警：今年第13号台风“白海豚”（强台风级）的中心今天（9日）上午10点钟位于浙江省温州市偏东方向大约215公里的东海南部海面上，就是北纬27.9度、东经122.9度，中心附近最大风力有14级（45米/秒），中心最低气压为950百帕，七级风圈半径为300-450公里，十级风圈半径为200-250公里，十二级风圈半径为100公里。预计，“白海豚”将以每小时20-25公里的速度向偏西方向移动，强度变化不大，将于9日傍晚至10日凌晨在浙江舟山到福建福鼎一带沿海登陆（38-45米/秒，13-14级，强台风级或台风级），最大可能在浙江三门到福建福鼎一带沿海登陆，登陆后向西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。

NBS urban statistics chief Dong Lijuan said July PPI rose 3.5% YoY, the YoY gain narrowing 0.6 ppts from June. By industry, major upward contributors included oil and gas extraction (+3.2%), petroleum/coal and other fuel processing (+8.2%), chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing (+9.1%), non-ferrous metal ore mining and dressing (+22.6%), non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling (+20.2%) and ferrous metal smelting and rolling (+2.7%) — these six industries together added ~2.55 ppts to PPI YoY. Coal mining and washing (+27.1%), electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing (+5.7%) and computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing (+4.4%) together added ~1.53 ppts. The combined upward pull from these nine industries fell by 0.56 ppts versus June. The largest downward drags were electricity and heat production and supply, automobile manufacturing, non-metallic mineral products, pharmaceutical manufacturing and beverages/refined tea (declines 2.3%–5.7%), which together subtracted ~0.76 ppts from PPI YoY, a 0.05 ppt smaller drag than in June.

China’s producer price index fell 0.7% MoM in July, a 0.4 percentage-point larger decline than June, NBS urban statistics chief Dong Lijuan said. Input-driven falls were the main drag: oil extraction -11.8%, refined petroleum products manufacturing -8.4%, organic chemical raw materials manufacturing -4.2%; non‑ferrous ore mining -2.1% and non‑ferrous metal smelting & rolling -1.7%; those five sectors reduced MoM PPI by about 0.65ppt. Seasonal/weather effects also weighed: construction slowdowns cut prices in ferrous metal smelting & rolling (-0.8%) and non‑metallic mineral products (-0.5%); higher hydropower and wind output pushed hydropower -10.3% and wind power -3.9%; those four sectors lowered MoM PPI by roughly 0.11ppt. Offsetting price gains were seen in new-economy and quality-consumption sectors: smart UAV manufacturing +2.5%, new carbon materials +0.4%, shipbuilding & related equipment manufacturing +0.3%; smart home devices +3.4% and skincare cosmetics manufacturing +0.7%.

金十数据8月9日讯，国家统计局城市司首席统计师董莉娟：从环比看，全国PPI下降0.7%，降幅比上月扩大0.4个百分点。本月PPI环比运行的主要特点：一是输入性因素影响国内相关行业价格下行。石油开采、精炼石油产品制造、有机化学原料制造价格分别下降11.8%、8.4%和4.2%；有色金属矿采选业、有色金属冶炼和压延加工业价格分别下降2.1%和1.7%，5个行业合计影响PPI环比下降约0.65个百分点。二是季节性因素影响部分行业价格下降。7月份高温、雨水及台风天气较多，建筑项目施工进度放缓，黑色金属冶炼和压延加工业、非金属矿物制品业价格分别下降0.8%和0.5%；水力发电、风力发电增加，价格分别下降10.3%和3.9%，4个行业合计影响PPI环比下降约0.11个百分点。三是产业转型升级和消费提质扩容带动部分行业需求增加、价格上涨。新动能成长壮大，人工智能、高端装备、新材料等领域蓬勃发展，智能无人飞行器制造、碳素新材料、船舶及相关装置制造价格分别上涨2.5%、0.4%和0.3%。品质类消费较快增长，智能家庭消费设备、护肤用化妆品制造价格分别上涨3.4%和0.7%。

National Bureau of Statistics urban division chief statistician Dong Lijuan said China’s CPI rose 0.5% YoY in July, a 0.5ppt slowdown from June. The moderation was mainly driven by weaker gasoline inflation: gasoline prices rose 1.0% YoY, with the rate down 16.0ppt month-on-month, cutting CPI’s upward pull by about 0.45ppt and bringing energy price growth to 0.6%. Excluding energy, industrial consumer goods rose 1.5% YoY, down 0.2ppt and contributing roughly 0.37ppt to CPI. Gold jewelry prices increased 24.6%; personal-care goods +1.7%; household appliances +0.2%; these decelerations together added about 0.13ppt. Computers, tablets and mobile phones rose 17.4%, 17.2% and 8.5% YoY, respectively.
